lose one dice per 3

lose one dice per 3

Really simple question but if you only have two dice and you are suppose to lose one dice per 3 are you down a die?

Also can you go down to zero dice or stop at one.

No its literally what it says,if you have 3 dice you lose 1 .
You always have at least 1 dice
