Help, the GAME WONT" START

The intro movie plays but I never get to the main menu
so open the user.txt file and add the following line at the end of the file.

NoSound 1

but still dont' work.. so please help

Hi KJ, do you have the latest drivers for your graphics card? Did you install DirectX9.0c from the disk? Which country did you buy your game in & which language are you trying to play?
