[Visual Bug] - construction mode - Yellow/Black bar cover

Hi, while in construction, the 2 black and yellow bars located on top and at bottom are misplaced.

At bottom, it cover part of the shortcut buttons, the end button and the money.
On top it cover the fame icon and the help button.

While I'm looking at it precisely while writing, I see that the top bar, in the right corner, as a rounded corner, so it was mean to integrate with current rounded bar (you can see a bit of the curve on the right side of the help button).
But when you see on the left side, you see that it goes a bit after the end of the bar.

And when you take a look to the bottom bar you see the rounded corner are up side down.

It's a problem of scale, rotation and cover.
