10 most Disappointing games?

You always see your 10 greatest games picks. How's about something different?

In this thread I want to see your 10 most Disappointing games in oh say the last 5 to 10 years?

K here goes.

1. Solonium Infernium (great game concept but the dev never finished it before moving onto something else)
2. HOI III (it's a Paradox game, plus it's HOI need I say more?)
3. CMx2 (do not like the real time and much of the quick battles features have been changed)
4. Rome II (gah what can I say this game was a mess at release and surely not worth my pre-order money)
5. Sixgun Saga (same dev who did Solonium Infernium, didn't finish this one and it had so much potential had he done some tweaking and listened to his fans)
6. Pandora (I just never could get into this game. It was boring from the start. It's hard to beat Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri)
7. Talisman Digital (so much promise and so little return. Only 4 players vs 6 in the original game. Very bad online play, crashes all the time)
8. OOTPBB 14 (I mean by this time there should be some graphics even in a stat based game. Just a ball animated is not doing it for me plus it seems the same year after year, just a roster change and a few small perks for $39.99 (not worth it imo))
9. Conflict of Heroes (it's like Eagle Strike from HPS with somewhat better graphics, Plus I just don't like eastern front games, why did I buy this?)
0. X:Rebirth (how could they destroy such a good series like this? Totally different from 2 and 3. They took out everything that was good in the other 2 for "graphics" sake.
