Touch controls for win8 tablets?

Hi, i played BA1 for many hours on my good ol ipad mini.

Now i have upgraded to a Surface Pro tablet running on Win 8, so naturally i bought BA2 for windows. The gfx on my lightweight intel hd 4400 are so much better and the modding support provides near limitless playability. Without a doubt, PC version is the way to go.

But i kind of miss the iOS touch controls, being able to play BA on a couch without whipping out a mouse or a keyboard would be great.

Is there anyway to implement or enable touch functions on the windows version? Panzer Corps for Pc works great on touch win8 tablet (though a bit buggy).

I wouldn't mind helping out in testing this feature for the devs. Thanks.

It's been mentioned before by touchscreen owning BA1 players, and is definitely on our wishlist. Won't be something for the next update, but the more information on specific controls which would be good to have working would be very helpful.

i think enabling 'left mouse click only' option in settings helps a little.

But we still need some 2 fingers gestures like zooming and rotating camera (not very essential),
and camera panning by touch dragging on terrain (essential).

The GUI size works very well for fingers so theres no need to revamp the entire thing.
