The Monster Achievement Bug?

My friend and I played The Monster Campaign mission and completed all Objectives and Achievements. However the Achievement for "Win without losing a single engineer unit" did not register as completed. We replayed the mission and got the same result (again without losing an engineer unit). Here are two screenshots, one showing the Casualties screen and no engineer loss, the second one the Objective and Achievement listing.

Any acknowledgement from Slitherine this is a known bug? We tried this again and we cannot get the "Win without losing a single engineer unit" achievement even when we don't lose one. Anyone been able to do this?
