White Flashing on screen and mini map sometimes

My game is sometimes flashing white while I move units or the screen It is also flashing on the mini map too showing all the unexplored land in white. Anyone know what casuses this issue?

No idea - same thing happens here, only it happens all of the time. I may die from a seizure and certainly can't play the game in this state. Updated graphics drivers don't help.
