Tercio rules clarrification

Hi All,

I'm fairly certain that I got this right, but just want to be sure.

A later Tercio is in frontal contact with a BG of 8 MF. I am correct in saying that an Later Tercio cannot expand into an existing overlap as that would put them into an illegal formation, and it isn't included in the exceptions?

Correct or no? I've rarely used tercios so I'm not 100%.

Thanks Matteo. I thought I was right, but it's good to have clarrification. Sometimes something is hidden from direct view in reading the rules.
