This is quite an awkward battle to represent as both armies were very dispersed on the morning of the encounter and, in the end, the English were very much outnumbered and suffered a devastating defeat. To try and represent this dispersal of forces (the English archers were foraging) I have introduced a rule for both armies that stipulates that units may only move from their respective baselines if they are within command radius at the very beginning of their turn. In this way players have to make decisions about how they best mobilise their army to confront their opponent. Double moves should also be turned off for this scenario.
There are a few brief accounts of the battle online and there is some discrepancies between them, the most important being the suggestion that the fighting at the bridge took place at Bauge itself (where the English had been besieging the castle) rather than at the smaller village of Vieil-Bauge. I have not accepted this suggestion for this scenario and I have used the map provided here as the basis for the terrain . . .

I am not sure if I have got this right, but I hope I have created an enjoyable scenario.
