Modernized Star General

Could someone look into creating a new modern Star General with some form of tactical battles. I enjoyed that game because of both the ground combat and space combat aspects. I am not event asking for real time just turned based. I am thinking Galactic civilizations 3 meets Panzer Corp.

I will send money right away to the developer who confirms a re-make of the poorly executed star general, or a game with the same space battle and planet battle idea .. imagine Star General done infinitely better!
