Soviet sandbox issue for Vostok and Voskhod

Post by Italianfan88 »

Hello.
As soon as I got the game patched, I began playing the URSS sandbox campaign, but it wasn't soon before I run into a problem.
When I started the Vostok program, I made the uncrewed suborbital test with no problem. However, when the next season I tried the suborbital flight, I got a warning that since I hadn't done the uncrewed test I would suffer penalties.
I thought that perhaps it was because of the Korabl-Sputnik flight that was causing confusion. So I saved the game and began another Soviet sandbox where I didn't go with the Korabl. I got the same issue. I tried to go around it by planning the suborbital flight anyway, which succeeded; however, when I tried the orbital part of the program, the penalties kept piling up. And, when I opened the Voskhod to go on with the objective, I ran into the same problem: it didn't recognize the test mission flown earlier and gave me penalties.
In other words, it doesn't seem to recognize the previous steps I had done before.

Hello Italianfan,

Indeed, what you found is a bug in the code which I fixed a few days ago, you'll get it in the next patch. For the moment, don't worry about the warning message, it's just a bug in the advisor report, it doesn't affect the outcome of the mission at all.

Ah, thanks. Since it was some time since I played, I was feeling kind of confused.
