Not being able to run multiplayer games on my MAcBook.

When I try to retrieve retrieve /launch multiplayer games that I started on my home PC, I get a message "Sorry, an error occurred trying to retrieve game instance (number)" in FOG multiplayer on my MacBook. I have been able to create and play turns in a multiplayer game on the MacBooks since getting the error, it is only the ones I created on my home PC that crash.

I have not installed Decline and Fall, and Eternal Empire, on the MacBook, but at least one of the games I try to retrieve uses neither army.

Any advice or help is appreciated.
