Hello once again I have received a ticket from support but what do I do with it? thanks :D

A ticket (process number if you wish) is created once you contact us. An automatic message will respond to you stating that we have received your message and that we will contact you soon.
So now you only have to wait for us to reply back.
The conversation between you and us will be recorded under that ticket.
