May an exceptional Corps Commander move units in a Brigade Move?

Haven't got the rules in front of me, but I should think so; as long as he has the requisite command points.

Brigade rules specifically mention 'divisional commander' so that's what made me wonder. I would think so too, but just thought i'd check for thoughts on it. :)
