Installed game on my MAC...wont load

Purchased BA for MAC, downloaded the game and updates along with the expansion pack codes. Keep getting the code page and when I click on "done", the game simply closes again. Simply won't launch the game. Using iOS 10.9.3. What I'm getting is a loop requesting my codes for the game or expansions. I've entered the codes for the game as well as the expansion packs, click enter and the game console disappears. When I go to relaunch the game, I get the same code confirmation screen although the expansion packs are showing "registered".

Please use the finder to go to ~/Documents/My Games/BBCBA and see whether there is a BBCBA.TXT file. This file should contain your main game serial.

If it does not, then you will need to re-enter your game serial (enter/paste the serial into the box, then hit Register Serial - you should get a popup telling you you are successful. Do not just enter the serial then press Done).

If you are still having issues, try deleting the whole folder (deleting the My Games folder) and then running the game again.
