Severe Graphics Issues

The game starts up fine, but when i start a game everything is fine except the unit models are solid black, and when i scroll the screen i get severe tracers over most of the screen and strange colours appearing. I have up to date graphics drivers and directx, openGL 2.1.4 supported if memory serves, definitely over 2.1. I have tried altering resolution, AA and Vsync, and running in windowed mode. I have emailed logs and dxdiag to support, but i'll copy them here if anyone needs them. I tried uploading screen caps but the post "looks too spamy" lol.

fixed it, uninstalled and reinstalled graphics drivers.
