CTD after a few turns [1.4.0]

i keep getting ctds after a few turns (between 10 or 20 turns) and have to ctrl-alt-delete to be able to quit game.

i think i figured what cause it, apparently moving a production item from bottom list up to top it suddenly freeze and message error above shows up, did it 3 times at least and same crashs happened, weird

i am also having the same problem, it's made my game unplayable because as soon as i load the save and do anything it crashes. this also seems to happen if you queue up too many buildings in the production queue. i hope this gets fixed soon because i really want to play this game.
