Sicilian Norman Ally

Komnenan Byzantines can have a Sicilian Norman ally from 1150. The file below states this should from Later Sicilian list, but also that the ally list doesn't exist and will be in later errata. It isn't.

The closest I can find in the errata (http://www.fieldofglory.com/file/FoG_Errata_V1_17.pdf) is an Angevin Sicilian ally list for the Late Byzantines. Is the general view that this is the correct ally list, and would it be accepted by list checkers?
