What does the symbols on the staff means

Staff info pics

there are 3 symbols on the staff pictures the 1 is money i think
the second is a heart
and a light bulb and a number that i think high is good

can someone tell me what they mean

The second icon is the morale and the light bulb is the employee's learning capacity. A higher the learning capacity allows an employee to get the most out of advanced training.
