Saving at end of turn

In Frontline: Road to Moscow, players take command of the German army through some of the most famous battles of World War II, leading the mighty Wehrmacht on towards Moscow.

Saving at end of turn

Post by Lokesz »

I'm one of those clumsy guys that often tap at the wrong place. Some kind of 'undo' function would be nice. I also tend to forget to move units that were intended as reserves or need supply. It would already be a big improvement when the game is saved at the end of each turn. Automatic resupply would also be an improvement. The stupid control errors that I make spoil most of the fun for me.

I noticed a 'save and exit' function in the menu but it doesn't save anything. The next time I load the game the scenario restarts at its beginning. Is there any chance this game gets an improved save system?

Hello Lokesz,
When you save a game, you have to load from the "Load" button in the Campaign screen. If you click on the mission again it starts a new mission.

Supplying is part of the game strategy, you have to manage the resources you've got in the beginning.

Thanks mboog12! I thought is was only there to load the selected scenario but it was indeed the thing I was looking for.

Sort of ... there appear to be some bugs after reloading. Damaged units restored to full strength, captured towns switch sides and give bonus supply-points when 'captured' again, instant victory even when conditions are not met ...

The maintanance crew at 88mm has some repairs to attend too.

Hi,
Yes, the Load function and some text resize are next things to be improved in the next update.
We appreciate you taking the time to report this to us.
