Battle Academy (Ipad): Cannot login for multiplayer

When I select multiplayer from the main menu, I get a screen saying my serial is registered and asking for my login and password. I cannot get past this screen. I get a "login isn't correct" message. Perhaps my login name is wrong, perhaps my password, I don't know. I have set up accounts at Slitherine and Matrix games. None of these allow me to get past this screen. I'm using my Slitherine account to type this message, so I have clearly registered correctly. I see no way in game to change anything or retrieve information. How do I fix this?

Please contact support@slitherine.co.uk with your details. They will be able to dig in to why your username and password are not working.

One thing you may want to try is reinstalling the app - this will clear out any data which may be being cached incorrectly.
