Scenario "maps" in the select screen.

I've slightly edited the select scenario screens so that there are blank maps for 3 of the 4 "theatres" (Europe, India/Arabia, North Africa and USA)

As the USA West Coast had markings where the East Coast battles were fought, I was unable to get that, so would the developers be able to provide us with a blank map of this area? (Mostly for modders, but others might like it as well)
