Boy, this is getting old... "CRC Error"

Okay... support@slitherine.co.uk reactivated my download site. Downloaded new install. Updated from v070.2 to 0-7-15 (boy, there's a tale!) and tried a test run and received the dreaded "CRC error. Please reinstall your game." message.

I've redownloaded 070.2, reinstalled (even tried different install locations), updated so many times that I've lost track of how many. I've tried copy/paste. Still no joy. I've run out of ideas.

Forgot to mention one thing that struck me as sort of odd.

I use a utility called "Revo Uninstaller" which does a much better job of cleaning than the Windows uninstaller. The first time I uninstalled BASPM, there was a registry entry was found that I removed but, when uninstalling the many subsequent installs, no registry entry was found. That seems a bit strange to me.
