A Game not Finished?

Hello how long should a game remain in your list of games if your opponent hasnt responded or replied for a long time? Ive got one game that my opponent hasnt got back to me since last August is there anyway i can remove it? Hope someone can answer this!

Pretty sure it's a month. Just click on game and it should give you an option to claim game at bottom.
