Production Queue and unit upgrades question

If you get a unit upgrade available due to tech advances whilst you have a unit of that type in the production queue, does that unit get built with the latest upgrades or only with the upgrades when it was built? I'm assuming the latter, but could someone confirm? Thanks

Only the upgrades in effect the turn you ordered it are in the unit when it arrives.
