after new patch 1.42 game is very slow

after new patch 1.42 game is very slow

After I installed the new patch the game runs very slow.
For example If I finish a turn the computer turn needs sometimes up to 4 minutes or longer. Also if I move units they are very slow too.
My Computer is very powerfull so that can't be a problem. Any ideas?
