UK players around Reading?

Post by miffedofreading »

Hi all,

I am really keen on these rules. Haven't played but heard a lot about them and have them ordered from Amazon.co.uk

I regularly attend the reading WAR club which meet very near jct 10 of the M4. Any other players or prospective players in the area want a game?

When do you meet?

I may be up for the occasional trip around the M25 ...

We also play and meet once a week at High Wycombe. Depending on where in Reading you work or live that is not far.

We meet from approx 6:30 or 7pm on a wednesday until 11pm at latest.

Asked around a bit today and there were actually several players i did not know very well who were interested, several of whom had preordered the rules from amazon.

Greetings

Reading is just about doable (though it's 45-50 minutes from home - Farnham in Surrey) but realistically if it's mid-week I'm unlikely to get there as I usually haven't left work in London when you start (it was about 8pm tonight for example) - if I'm not travelling on business abroad.

Lots of luck though.

Regards

Edward - you should get in contact with Lance Flint - he's in Church Crookham.
