Job Spec.
Part time position mainly week end cover to relieve permanent staff,workload variable.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems, in Windows XP/Vista/7/8.
Experience in problem solving (Troubleshooting) on Windows system.
Experience in diagnosing & resolving hardware, software, networking & end users problems. Knowledge of Strategy games an advantage.
Organizational and Customer Service skills and Ability to work well in a team environment.
