Major Cheat flaw/bug (My opinion)

Hello,
Just wanted to say thanks for producing PFC, a game whose platform still provides hours of pure fun for all ages.

Ok here it is;

You can destroy any modification, mine, road of a player (AI) without them even knowing, of course you are at peace with them, but as a precursor to a upcoming attack it seems like cheating. I've even tested this with a AI's army on the selected square and nothing happens except they send out a former to build it again. Basically a player can wipe out all the "AI's" roads, mines, etc. without any notice or declaration of aggression.
