[BUG] After X-15 scheduling - game crashed to menu

I R&D the X-15 program, assigned all the personnel as required and when I had done that a quick screen came up saying 'no more programs to assemble' or whatever it says and then my game immediately crashed back to the start menu, losing all progress since the previous save. This didnt happen the next time I tried the same mission though.

Sorry I dont have one it crashed back to the menu and then when I got back to the same point in the game it was fine.
