Early German Army List, Legions Triumphant

Just to double-check. If I field an allied Cherusci commander, he can only have MF infantry. He may also have 1 unit of cav (4 bases only) and the optional LF.
Tencteri can have LH and HF and LF but no cav or MF.

Does it sound like I'm reading it right?
