[UI-BUG] [REPORTED] Minimum Reliability and Graphic X-15

Hi,

I just installed V 7.0.14 and started a new game. First program I've opened was X-15. The program told me, that the minimum reliability for X-15 will be 5% but in R&D it is 0% (like before the patch).

After ending the turn, the "Mission Component Detail" screen looks a li'll strange.

But after the next turn everything changed to normal.

Definitively a bug, I noticed this one too. Yes, it is very probably related to the 5% starting offset. It is reported and will certainly be fixed in next version.
