Tercios shooting dice and other Q's

Some help on the ET shooting dice please.

Do the rear corner shot bases in Early Tercio formations still count for shooting to the front, or can they only fire to side/rear dependant on the position of the 'horn'?

I presume LT with 6 shot bases only fire 4 dice to front (2ranks) and can use the rear two bases again to the side? (or 3 dice to each side)

Can Dragoons evade? Edit - just saw thread below - They are 'light troops' so can evade.

The rear shot horn can shoot at stuff they are in range and arc of fire of, including to their front - which won't happen often unless the enemy is a bit stupid.

If the front horn only has one rank, the rear shot horn front rank does not count as the 2nd rank for shooting purposes. However, when you lose the 2nd rank base from the front horn, you can replace it with a shot base from the rear horn. Provided that the BG still has 4 shot horns, it remains an early tercio, otherwise it closes up to form a later tercio.

The shot wing of a later tercio can shoot with 2 bases to the front, or 3 bases to the side. Each base can only fire once in a turn.
