1.1.7 bugs

My game was updates to 1.1.7 a few days ago and despite having no announcement nor patch notes I think its all about being able to queue research along the tech tree without restrictions, a much needed feature, thank you for that.

Two bugs I have noticed so far :

- Tech selection, you can queue many techs ahead, and then unselected the previous tech while still having an advanced tech you should normally not be able to research selected.
- Artillery on large stake on cities : It happened a few time to me when you use artillery on a city which has a lot of units garrisoned, the defending unit takes their damage but also somehow win XP at an exponential rate. One artillery attack will leave all the surviving defending units at lvl 10 xp.
