How can I get information about terrains in iPad?

How can I get information about terrains in iPad?

I bought iPad version of Panzer Corps and all DLCs.
I really enjoyed it, but I got some questions.

1. How can I get information about terrains and weather in iPad?
In PC version, I can get the information in Library, but I can't find it in that of iPad version.

2. Will combat details be updated in the next update?

This games is really great, but lack of information disturbs me to enjoy it fully.
I want information about terrains and weather and combat details in the next update!!
