Move UI sidebar to left side?

Move UI sidebar to left side?

Is it possible to move the UI sidebar to the left side of the screen? I play on a tablet PC with a stylus, and due to a minor injury I need to play with my left hand for a while. It would be a whole lot easier if I didn't have to reach across the screen to access the sidebar. I figure this issue must have come up in the development of the iPad version; is there a setting or tweak for the PC version?
