Hi: I get to the part about launching a new mision and I choose the explorer basic mission. Then I go to the SET office and see a list of staff. But I am not able to find the button to assign staff to various jobs. Could someone write a brief walkthrough of how to set up a basic mission? Thanx.

The rightmost button on the bottom next to end turn, then manage programs, select the explorer mission and "R&D". From there you can assign staff to mission components.
