Editor Button Not Available

My "Multiplayer" and "Editor" buttons are greyed out, and I can't click them. I'd like to see what's new in the Editor, but I can't seem to. I can't find an .EXE for it in any folder, either. I have the latest and greatest update and all the add-ons. I'm playing the PC version. Any ideas?

The editor and MP are greyed out until you complete the tutorial. A quick way to circumvent this is to open your OPTIONS.TXT file (in My Documents/My Games/BBCBA) and change the CAMPAIGNS value to 255.
