Crash on beta 1.05

I am using windows 8.1

I Had a seeker on a city and coud not acsess city controls without moving it to diffrent tile. I went to the economy tab (Had only one city) and try to buy colonizer. Since the colonizer was not in the city quee the game crashed with error:
11 SIGSERV (Segmentation Fault)

ps: Is there a way to accsess city while military units are on same tile without moving units?
