audio and other issues

Not a problem but an inconvenience. I'm running Pandora in windowed mode, because
I have many other projects going on simultaneously on the computer. However, when
I minimize the Pandora window, the music keeps playing. This was difficult to explain,
for example, to someone I was speaking to on Skype.

The workaround I use is to go to options|audio and reduce the master volume
to zero before minimizing the window, but I would like to request that the audio automatically
mutes when the window is minimized.

Another request would be that moving the cursor to a screen edge would scroll the map, so that
the game could be played using only the mouse.

Eventually, I hope you provide an option for a much larger map; I understand you consider typical
machine resources, but since I am using a core5 3.30 GHz with 16GB of memory, I would like the option.
It would be worth waiting the extra set-up time.

And, in the tradition of complaining about game play even when I enjoy it, how about some one-off
wonders so beloved by 4X games? Especially if you semi-randomize them like you did with the research tree.
