Can a battery of Horse artillery have an artillery attachment?

I can't see anywhere which says yes or no.

unless the list specifically says you can't attach artillery to a cavalry unit, some list do say that just can't think of any off the top of my head, I believe you can. We play friendly games and have both done it with our armies.

Not cavalry unit mean Artillery Unit.

Can a Horse artillery unit have a medium Artillery Attachment?
