DLC Surrender Prestige bug

When running DLC scenarios in the 1940 campaign, surrendering units do not give any prestige.

If I try forcing units to surrender in the main Panzer Corps campaign, the surrender prestige works correctly.

Have you upgraded to 1.21?

I did upgrade to 1.21 before posting the message.

Now the weird part. Since posting the error, the surrendering seems to work fine. I'll keep track of which unit had the issue next time I see the error.

I'm in the 1940 DLC right now. I saw the behavior either in late 39 or early 40 DLC.
