Can not select multiple (shift + left Mousebutton + add unit...and add next unit...) Units in the military panel to refit them...


Try it again...and the game Crashed...

Not sure how you got the crash, but in the military panel the hotkeys for selection were still the old ones which will be fixed with the next version.
