I had purchased Panzer Corp and three of the Grand Campaign expansions. '39, '40, '41. (digital downloads)
I have a new laptop that I want to install these on. I don't have the serial numbers anymore when I originally purchased these as digital downloads.
Is there a way to access my account somehow to re-download these without having to pay again?

Hello Rizza, you need to contact customer service, mail to support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your order details and ask for a new download link to be mailed to you.

You can look up your serial numbers on the slitherine homepage when you log into your account. Just go to http://www.slitherine.co.uk (it won't work on the forum here) and go the the "Ressources" menu point on top and chose "My Page" from the drop down. Then just log in using your account name and password and you should see your account details. If you don't click again on "My Page" it seems sometimes not to work properly on the first time. There when you click on the "manage serials" button your serial numbers should appear. If you still have the installer files this should be enough.
If you don't have the installer files anymore you will need to write the email as ThvN already told you. Provide there your serial numbers and your email address you used to place the order to make it easier and faster. In case your serial numbers aren't listed under your page, i think you need to have logged at least once into multiplayer server to populate them, post as many details as possible to allow the support guys to find your orders like the email used to place the order, if you can remember the date when you placed it and so on.

Similar problem here...
Purchased Africa corps and the Mega Pac...I have the serial numbers to both....
they were downloaded to the Desk Top...and having a blast playing the different scenarios
I also have a Lap Top...and will be on away for 2-3 weeks....must one purchase the game again to download on the lap top?...the Lap Top is rarely used (vacations, grand kids..etc)..

No of course you do not have to purchase the game again. If you still have the installation files just copy them over to the laptop and install the game again using same serial numbers. If you do not own the installation files anymore you need to contact customer service, mail to support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your order details and ask for a new download link to be mailed to you. After you downloaded the installation files again it's best to back up them so you have them available in case you need to reinstall the game at some point.
