From PC to MAC

Hi I am buying a mac soon and want to know If I can just download straight to the mac from my email link like I did with my PC ?? I have the original and a couple of add ons so I assume I have to do them in order etc? Thanks, Rob

You can download Panzer Corps to your Mac exactly as you did on your PC but there are two big caveats:

Firstly the link you got after buying the game probably won't work anymore. It is only active for a certain amount of time. If you don't have a backup of the installer file stored anywhere anymore you need to send an email to support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your order details, like the order reference number and the email address you used to place the order, and request a new download link.

Secondly and that's the bigger problem Panzer Corps is not working natively on OS X as of now. A version for OS X ia planned but there is no ETA for it yet. There is a light at the end of the tunnel for you tho: You can get Panzer Corps to work under Mac tho by using bootcamp and booting it up with windows to play Panzer Corps. Of course this needs a valid windows license but as you have a PC currently you probably have one.

I would rather wait for a designated Mac version one the reasons I am going Mac is to get as far away from Microsoft as I can as far as operating systems go.

This is of course up to you tho you would only have to boot windows on your mac if you want to play Panzer Corps and you could do all you work on OS X. Yes it would require a computer reboot between playing PC and your other activities and will keep you a little bit in touch with Microsoft as well but the ETA for a OS X version of Panzer Corps is totally unknown. The IPad version is first in the queue and even for this there is no ETA yet. So if you can't stay clean of your Panzer Corps "addiction" long enough just keep the bootcamp option in mind.
