Multiplayer maps unlocked?

When I try to accept some games with the green padlock unknown map it says download content ? Where do I get it I've paid to down load each pack and down loaded the freebies is it because I'm playing on a iPad ??????

Those are many user created scenarios that are not included in the in-game download list. You will need to find the download link for the .LST file for the campaign to download these to your iPad. This thread would be a good starting point for finding them:

On the User Content Downloads screen, if you tap the toolbox icon in the upper right you will be able the paste the url there to add the campaign to your main download list.
