Game crashes right after Germany surrenders!

I was about to win my first single player game EVER, Austria had surrendered the turn before and then I accepted Germanys surrender - during that very turn the game crashes out with a windows error.

I would REALLY appreciate it if you guys could check out my saved game file to see if you can get me past it. I REALLY would love to mop up Turkey!

We see if we can hotfix you up, if it is script related we normally can, if it is engine related it will take a bit longer, in worst case we will add it to the patch, but that is few weeks away. Anyway we keep you informed and will do our best and fix it.
