Guard Count Towards 1809 Main List Mins???

I remember seeing listed somewhere in errata, that French Guard bases counted towards the minimums in the main list when you brought a Guard Division into the list. Is that the case for all French lists? in particular, the 1809 list.

This is not the case, to the best of my knowledge.

The relevant errata says that, for the 1812 or Autumn 1813 Guard lists, you can choose to take either a Guard Infantry Corps, or a Guard Cavalry Corps, and the minima of the list of core troops for the option not chosen is reduced to zero.
The only amendment for 1809 Guard is that Polish Lancers do not have lances, and they cost 17 points a base.

If you attach a Guard Infantry or Guard Cavalry division to a 1809 Line Corps, this does not alter the minima of line troops still required by the Line Corps list (although the attached Guard division can ignore the core Guard minima requirements for the option not chosen).

5th Bullet point: “If used, all Imperial Guard .... “. ADD at the end: “Any imperial guard used count towards the minimum of the same troop type in the core list.”
7th Bullet point: REPLACE “this” with “the main”
