Air-basing bug

Playing the Axis, I was amused to discover that my air units in Northern France could freely rebase to Northern Ireland (Britain is still at war with me, and I haven't gone anywhere near Northern Ireland with my land units). Later I encountered a similar problem with Crete and Cyprus. I could base air units in Crete even though Greece was still at war with me, though I had never occupied it. Same with Cyprus, which should be British controlled at this time.

The Ireland thing we will fix in next patch and instead add some City so that the area is in supply. The idea is that Air Units should be able to conquer unsupplied land, so in Crete it is not bug but how it should be, else it would be so tricky to conquer Islands and you would need to leave stranded infantry behind if there is no Sea Port.

The Noth Ireland thing will be fixed though
