World Pay Varification

Hi!

I pre-ordered Legion Arena. At the end of the transaction, my browser stopped the World Pay popup for credit verification.

I then exited the ordering section.

Do I need to reorder, or should I just wait and see if I get an email verifying that the order has been processed.

Hi Ray,

if you didn't receive a confirmation mail from Worldpay then it has not been processed. Once worldpay has approved it, they will notify our server and you will aso receive an e-mail from us confirming we have received the order. If you would like us to check it out, mail the transaction details to info@slitherine.co.uk and we will check everything has worked properly.

Hi Iain,

Well, I didn't receive a verifying email, but I thought maybe it might take some time to process since I didn't do the verification thing.

Update: I disabled the ad blocker and got the verification done. Have received emails from both World Pay and Slitherine.
